Nudebt harassing text messages

I've been receiving text messages demanding tv license payments for a person not known by me, I've contacted this useless company numerous times regarding this but nothing has changed. If they can't get a simple thing like a wrong phone number sorted out how will they be able to do anything else. Absolutely useless!!
