NuDebt Experience with Telkom Account.

The company received my information from Telkom when my account was in arrears in January. Even though it was settled that very month, NuDebt continues to send me threatening messages daily. They do not listen when I tell them that the account was settled months ago. When I tell them that the account has been settled, they hang up the phone and continue to send threatening messages. It is harassment based on false information that they did not verify.
