NuDebt doesn't listen to their clients!

<p>I had an account with Chubb that was handed over to NuDebt for collect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Chubb has now sent numerous emails ********** for the file to be closed, which Chubb has given me proof of, without success as NuDebt keeps contacting me.</p> <p>Only option left now is to lodge a complaint with the CDC as NuDebt is refusing to listen to their own client Chubb and is trying to *******ly collect on a non exsistant debt.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm not sure if Chubb is even going to continue to use NuDebt as I have escalated this matter to senior directors within Chubb, as this gives Chubb a bad image.</p>
