Nudebt do not Listen

Nudebt keep on harrasing me. Mr.Katleho Pitso <***> keeps phoning me and requesting payment. I cancelled everything with Telkom in December 2018. I have not been connected at all and due to the problems I had in getting Telkom to sort out the line and connection problems I cancelled. I have not used anything provided by Telkom and they have no right in charging me for services not supp****. I have emailed Telkom and Nudebt proof and I am just getting nowhere with this. I am at my wits end and do not know what to do from here on.
