Nudebt debiting me without my consent

I was called last week Friday and spoken to very rudely by one of your call centre people. I couldnt hear him clearly so didnt get his name or even a reference number for the call. I had a contract with Cell C that was **********ly upgraded and I was being debited for this upgrade without my permission. While i asked him to hang on while i retrieved the reference numbers he put the phone down and obviously set up a debit order without my permission. After this rude call from your agent my account was then also debited the next day also without my consent by your company. Please rectify this asap. This is totally unacceptable and the way I am being treated is absolutely disgraceful.
