Nudebt beach of POPI ACT

Nu Debt contacted my former supervisor on her private cell phone NUMBER numerous occasions ( I don't know where they got her number from) and sending her messages of my status of accounts. Which has nothing to do with her and the fact that how they know her or even link her to me. Previously they used to call my husband countless times, knowing very well my contact number. Is that not a breach of the POPI ACT?

December 2025 I personally visited the Telkom outlet to pay all that I was owing, even followed up the next month which is where I found I had actually over paid, a asked. At the start of February thye start contacting me saying I am owing on my account how so when I confermed twice if I had any outstanding fees.

What annoys me is that they are contacting my superior on her private number how so, where did they get her private number from as I did not use any of her credentials.
