NuDebt are useless

**Extremely poor communication and no resolution after payment**

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with NuDebt.

My account was paid in full on **13 August 2026**, and I have proof of payment. It is now **24 August 2026 — 8 business days later** — and the payment has still not been properly reflected/processed with the relevant account.

I have repeatedly attempted to contact NuDebt for assistance, but I have received no satisfactory resolution. Their communication has been extremely poor, and I have even experienced difficulties getting through to them telephonically and via email.

I have supp**** the requested proof of payment and have done everything required from my side. Despite this, I am left chasing them for something that should have been resolved days ago.

What is particularly concerning is the lack of communication. If there is a legitimate delay in processing the payment, customers should at least be informed and given a clear explanation and timeframe.

At this point, I am escalating the matter further because the normal communication channels have not produced a resolution.

**My experience has been extremely frustrating, and based on the way this matter has been handled, I cannot recommend NuDebt to other consumers.**

I simply want my payment correctly allocated and the matter closed.
