Nudebt and Telkom should get their facts straight

I am glad to see I am not the only one struggling with Telkom and Nudebt My situation started almost 3 years ago, I was contacted over the phone by Mobile Talk, the sales person **** about the deal he sold me, and I immediately cancelled, Mobile talk sells Telkom data, now after years Telkom started deducting my account, I reversed the money and contacted Telkom, I explained that I never took the deal with Mobile Talk and therefore don't owe anyone any money, NOW this is where I get angry, seems Mobile Talk can sell Telkom Data, but this 2 companies cant correspond with each other to get this sorted, I send emails from Mobile talk to Telkom that states I cancelled this in 2017, But Telkom insist I must pay them for a service I never used, then this Nudebt got involved and there call service people are just as arrogant as Telkoms call service people, dont want to listen to any reason just want payment Well after 3 years and still going on this Nudebt has put an non Payment on my credit record, and this that an company can just give you a bad record without facts makes my blood boil, and someone needs to do something about Nudebt and Telkom
