NuDebt and Telkom - ******ion

I was handed over for non payment and have not had a service from Telkom for months. The collection company was Nudebt. I was advised to pay an amount, which I did, and was told that my services with Telkom has been cancelled. I app**** for a new ADSL service with a different ISP but was told that Telkom is still managing my line. I call Telkom today and they tell me that my service is cancelled but I need to pay R1300 more!

I need a manager from Telkom and/or Nudebt to tell me what is going on as this seems to be ******ion. I will not pay any more money to Telkom.

This is unacceptable.
