nudebt and telkom

I am so frustrated,sad and not happy with the service i received from NUDEBT staff,spoke to NTHABISENG and MOKGADI.Telkom handed me over to NUDEBT because they missed the debit order and communication was sent when i was changing banking details.I have made payment ON THE 25TH OF MARCH and sent the proof of payment to NUDEBT Immediately and telkom using all the banking info and reference number provided by NUDEBT.Since then my lines have been locked out i buy DATA for all my kids because home wifi is locked my numbers are locked.

NUDEBT AND TELKOM DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS I REALY CANT WAIT TO PAY OFF THIS CONTRACT AND GO TO A BETTER NETWORK.
