NUDEBT ACTS WITH IMPUDENCE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY - SHARKS!

In January 2018 my two year contract with Cell C came to an end, was paid up and the account was closed. On 20.12.2017 without my knowledge Cell C listed me with all four credit bureaux for an amount of R389.00 (account ********** 70) and on 4.2.2018 listed me again with all four credit bureaux for an amount of R983.00 (account ********** 95). How I came to have three different account numbers for one contract is beyond me. I have never heard a word from Cell C nor have I been invoiced. On 26 February 2019, NuDEBT deducted the amount of R983 off my bank account. Fine. WHY IS IT STILL ON MY CREDIT PROFILE???? I DEMAND A PAID UP LETTER ON THIS ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS AND THAT THIS "DEFAULT" be removed from my credit profile IMMEDIATELY! NOT IN CELL C's TIMES or NUDEBTS time. IN MY TIME!!! As for the other amount of R389 - Kindly tell me how to pay this and AGAIN PROVIDE ME WITH A PAID UP LETTER AND REMOVE THIS LISTING FROM ALL FOUR CREDIT BUREAUX!!!! I AM NOT EVEN GOING TO BOTHER QUESTIONING HOW I CAME TO HAVE THREE ACCOUNTS FOR ONE CONTRACT OR WHY THE ROCKET SCIENTISTS AT CELL C DIDNT BOTHER TO CONTACT ME - IT SEEMS THEY DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY PLEASE AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE. THIS ORGANISATION IS RUN BY SHARKS! 24 HOURS CELL C AND YOUR DEBT COLLECTORS NUDEBT OR THERE WILL BE BLOOD ON THE DANCE FLOOR!
