NuDebt acting in bad faith.

Brianna Smith of NuDebt sent me a notice of demand on 26 April 2019 that I must pay Telkom for services that Telkom did not render or they will blacklist me. Firstly they cannot count, 7 days from 26 April is 3 May and not 30 April. I rep**** with a long letter giving ample explanation off my attempts with Telkom asking for proof of their unjust and prejudiced conduct. I requested acknowledgement of my e-mail. In response they sent me a 24 Hour demand without any reference to my e-mail. They clearly have no interest in fair treatment of the public and threaten me without any justification. Is there any activist group that I can join to try and stop this type of harassment. Is their a om-bud where I can report them.
