Nu Debt/Telkom accounts Shambles

The most useless extension of another useless corporation, Telkom! My account is up to date but I am still "handed over" to Nu Debt who don't even have access to any upto date paperwork or amounts to correctly chase me for money! And when I pointed out to them that I was not in arrears their attitude is tell Telkom not them!!! I pointed out to them that the burden of proof lies with the accuser not the accused, according to South African law!!! Absolutely useless and embarrassing behavior!!
