Nu Debt & Telkom Blunders

All i can say is theyre a bunch of clowns. Telkom debit came back unpaid. Was paid on the Telkom portal 2 days later.

Nu Debt than sends sms stating thats its a letter of demand. Call nu debt. Explained. Than send me sms with their absa bank details. Foned Telkom immediately to enquire if t is reflecting. Onfirmed payment reflecting. Wnquired as to why these clowns have my details. Telkom says that if debit comes back unpaid, details are automatically sent to nu debt. Consultant said account in good standing. I must ignore. Again. Final letter of demand from nudebt on an account thats paid up, in good standing and active. Nu debt remove me from ur useless database and Telkom sort this query out ASAP
