Nu Debt Telkom

My son passed away January 2023. He had a Telkom account which we took over in other words we paid the installment for end of January 2023 and carried the account over on my husbands name. For some obscure reason was the amount R1071 outstanding and Telkom send a claim in against the state of my late son which is the correct way of handling the situation. Then Nu Debt Management got hold of the debtors book of Telkom and now they send as much as 5 messages per day to my number as i was lusted as my sons next of kin on the application. Try to explain to those imbeciles that my son died is an impossible task. I have send the death certificate to them i have phoned them endless trying to resolve this with absolutely no success. When the conversation get to a certain point they just drop the line.
