Nu Debt - Takes your Money without your Knowledge

I have repeatedly sent emails to Nu Debt regarding an unauthorised Debit to my account by them, which is now deemed *****. Yet no reponse since their 1st reply asking for details. Proof that this company is not behaving in a legal, ethical and responsible manner.
