Nu Debt Nanagement / Telkom

I haven't gotten any **** from them, i was called a week after not paying my telkom account for three months, my account is month to month and was told that it would be canceled if I can't pay it after 2 months, three months go by, then they suspended my account for not paying for 3 months and refering me to Nu Debt , I arranged to pay the account in full then cancel it as I no longer live on the property, I paid my account in full as per arrangement with nu debt, only to find I been charged for November by telkom my account is suspended how do you charge for something you know can't and hasnt used 1kb or even 1 byte of data? I'd understand if I'm within the contract months, not when I've had the account for 5 to 6 years and I still get charged for another month that's 4 months after being told it would only be 2 then my account would be suspended and won't get charged as they have cut my service,I feel like I'm being taken for luck now,never missed 1 payment ever,now this form telkom makes me sad
