Nu Debt Management's incompetence

I paid the outstanding amount that I was owing to MTN through them. When I contacted them twice to ask for the letter that proves that I've paid off my debt, but on both occasions I've been told the letter will be sent to me via email in 5 working days or within an hour (respectively).

Is there a way I can get assistance to get the letter?
