Nu Debt Management staff are clueless

Nu Debt Management is a laugh a minute. They do collections for Telkom who by the why is a bigger laugh a minute. My Telkom Mobile contract was stopped and paid in full in Aug 2023 due to non coverage. But Telkom can not seem to reconcile accounts at all. So all they do is hand it over to there debit collectors - Nu Debt Management who is just as clueless as Telkom might I say. This is the third time I have had to send proof of all documentation through and this is the third time I am told that my file is closed with Nu Debit and to take it up with Telkom. Really Nu Debit when does the penny drop???????
