Nu Debt Management is a ****

Please don't bother paying your outstanding Telkom accounts through Nu Debt Management. They are ****mers. I paid my Telkom account through them almost two weeks ago and my status still shows an outstanding amount of R750. I don't understand what the issue is because the account has been paid up. Nu Debt Management is poorly managed with extremely rude call centre agents.
