Nu Debt Management is *******

These people are a ****, they hound you to pay for an account and when you do settle they don’t update their records nor do they acknowledge receipt of payment even after you have sent them numerous copies of the Proof of Payment. It’s 3 weeks now and they are still calling me for this account and no one seems to know why it hasn’t been updated as yet, sending me from pillar to post for 3 weeks is obsurd !!!! Nonsense!
