NU Debt management get your facts straight !!!!!!

I find this company is very *********** with what they do and there is no communication within the company at all. They send us a demand email for a service rendered at net care where the money is in Netcare account and it has been explained to them that they are to collect on behalf of their client from Netcare as the money was paid into the account of Netcare as instructed the day of treatment. We have emailed, called and emailed again when you call there are high call volumes, so they should reimburse me for the airtime. This is unsatisfactory service from a company, and it is also deformation of character and especially harassment. We as clients have rights and being harassed and our communications not one of them. We demand they sort the issue out and publicly apologise for their harassment and incompetency,
