Nu Debt Management are a DISASTER

Nu Debt Management are a bunch of ******* and ****s. I have been fighting for a year about money that Telkom deducted from my account which I did not authorise. I ended up cancelling the contract to prevent any more deductions going through. I have made countless phone calls to Nu Debt without resolution. Every time I ask to talk to a supervisor I am told there is nobody availible and that they will arrange a call-back. Needless to say that never happens. They also harrass my wife on her mobile even though they have my number and the account is in my name. I have asked numerous times for them to remove her number from their system but it still has not happened. On the 25th of November I once again called Nu Debt. Up until this date I had been polite to every agent that answered the phone, but on this date I lost my temper and miraculously a supervisor came and took over the call after me telling the agent that I would be calling 702 to air my issue. Once AGAIN, I was given the assurance that my complaint would be investgated and that there was no need to contact 702. My wife received yet ANOTHER threatening message today on HER mobile and forwarded it to me. I have made 15 attempts to contact Nu Debt but the line remains engaged. What does a person have to do to get a resolution to this issue as any interaction with Nu Debt is a total waste of time.
