************* Nu debt Management

I paid double the amount that I should have and asked for a refund, they sent me paperwork that I filled in and sent it back the same day. They promised me that I will get my full refund within 21 working days. Calling after a month, I was now told I need to wait until they get the refund from the client, as they paid the money over to the client double as well. Now Nu debt can't pay me back until they get a refund from the client. They raised it with the client today and the client will pay them back within 21 days and once nu debt receives the refund, they will then refund me after 21 working days. So this process will take 3 months to get my money back!!! Shocking experience and no manager wants to talk to me, and I should just wait for the process to be followed. Worst experience ever and not trust worthy at all!!!!
