Nu Debt keep on calling........

I am so sick of nu debt, calling and harassing my wife up to three times a week. We have an agreement to pay off a Telkom account. That we pay every month. Every week my wife gets called three times and is asked the same question. "When is she going to pay this account?" We are really not happy about this.
