Nu Debt is the worst

Saying I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

First I was debited twice on my account. I was told that it would take 21 days to get my refund. Ever since there has not been one communication with me, it has only been me asking for feedback.

I requested for a paid-up letter. I still haven't received it, yet they said it would take 7 days.
