Nu Debt - Inhumane treatment of people

An account from December has been handed over to these people. We have been paying our accounts but there are so many it's hard to keep track, thanks to a failed medical aid claim. Nu Debt Management took it upon themselves to contact my previous employer and practically harass them for the payment on my account. How absolutely disgusting and despicable! I haven't spoken to this person in over 5 years so you can imagine my shock when she contacted me to tell me she is getting bombarded with notifications of my unpaid account. Then to put the cherry on the **** cake, my mom got a call from these inhumane jerks also being made aware of my unpaid account. Have these people lost their ever loving minds? We PAY OUR ACCOUNTS. The account in question is from DECEMBER 2024 not from 3 years ago. They couldn't just give us half a chance before tracing all the people in my life to ask for money. Who was next? The gynecologist who delivered me at birth? My 1st grade teacher? My first boyfriend?
