Nu debt harrassment

Keeps on harrassing me over default payment when payment was made on the 30th of the month and the supplier telkom even send me the statement to show its up to date.They refuse to stop harrassing me until I send them proof of payment but I will not.I made payment in time and nu debt has no mandate from telkom to recover any money.
