Nu Debt Harassment

I constantly get harassed by Nu Debt Call Center Agents to pay my outstanding TV License fees. However when I request that my bill should be sent via the post like it has always been sent and has not been sent for over 3 years they tell me that sending the item via the post is not possible. Please note that I WILL pay my outstanding amount but only if I receive a bill via the post which was my requested form of communication. I WILL NOT provide you with my email address as that was not my chosen way of receiving my account.
