Nu debt and telkom lack 9f communication

This is the worst company to deal with. Telkom sends unpaid accounts to them, however my account has been cleared with Telkom about 3 weeks ago and i still get lettet of demands from NU DEBT. Telkom and I have sent them updated documents regularly and NOTHING has been done. Now i am gradually canceling all my telkom contracts because i will not be harrassed for their errors.
