NU DEBT and TELKOM

I have apparently being handed over to Nu Debt by Telkom, they services are so poor which actually give Telkom a bad reputation, the amount that was owing was R700 and something which later went to R1200 in a matter of days, I was sent a settlement amount of which I paid, i am so disgusted with their **** promises because I just no have money lying around they have take the money but still requesting for me to pay the amount of R1200, they are *****s because you try to contact them but no 1 answers even their emails dont even work. Can someone please help me with this I cannot handle it anymore
