Nu debt and Rain

After sending numerous proof of payments to Rain internet providers (never missed a payment in 3 odd years using the service provider) to make them realize they have accounts mixed up, they still cannot stop phoning Me every day. This is ridiculous. They gave Me a WhatsUp contact nr and still no luck. If You phone their office the response is that they are dealing with high call volumes and You should try WhatsUp. I think this says a lot about Rain as a provider as well. How could they let this happen in the first place. I have been with Rain for approximately 3 years but this is the last straw
