Nu Debt - a disgusting unprofessional company

After six months of harassment from this company regarding a Telkom account i closed a year ago, i finally reached someone to speak to. I emailed him all the documentation i sent to Telkom, he agreed and sent my case back to Telkom and said the matter was closed as far as they are concerned. Now, two months later they have started again, regarding the same dispute I had a year ago. They even sent a message to my ex-wife who had nothing to do with my business Telkom line. How disgusting is that! Where did they get her number from?? I've tried phoning and was being transferred to a person in charge. The person]s voicemail box was full (how unprofessional) and then the line went dead. Requested a call back, nothing happened. Sent a whatsapp, nothing happened. What a complete and utter ******* company. They should not be allowed to operate. If the are enough complaints surely we should be able to bring this to the business Ombudsman's attention and have this company struck off.
