NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!

Between Rain & Nu Debt I am starting to wonder who knows what is actually going on! Stopped using Rain sim prior to September 2023. They coming with amounts that don't even correspond with one another. Nu Debt are now threating me....NOT ON! You can't use Rain unless you pay so how can I be charged for NO DATA. Chancers by the look of it. Rain say there is an amount of R499 due BUT can I get bank details......NO NO NO. Nu Debt please get hold of Rain & get your house in order. I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH YOU. Rain has had no contact with me since 19.09.2023. Now since June 2024 I start getting HARRASSED.
