Not Happy with Telkom and threatening emails.

I have been receiving threatening emails from this company. They claim that they work with Telkom but clearly they do not because if they did Telkom would have told them that I am upto dat and I do not owe anything. I am tired kf receiving these threatening emails because this company clearly a ***** one as My Telkom benefits are active
