Nonsensical pestoring and harrassment after they gave a settlement offer. *******!!

This is a ****** useless service provider for whoever they service.

Nonsensical and pestoring behaviour, they will send you a settlement amount and then call you for the outstnding balance, they have harrassed thoughly with alls and threatening smses all of this after they gave me a settlement offer.

They dont have a email you can contact and the lady who I had sent the proof of payment to does not respond. Don't even try their whatsap, they also dont respond.

The staff is also ill trained because when you ask about how one gets a settlelement offer and then an outstanding balance they cant answer, no one will respond to your grieviences or queries. I ended up paying they balance, cause the harrassemnt was ****** real, all for R170.

Guess what, I just got a call on this balance after paying, good grief...😡😡🤧🤧

Can you please stop calling me, and work on your training your staff and reconciling your books.
