Non Responsive

<p>Over the past two months I have been bombarded by in bound calls from this company iro an alledged debt that I owe a particular provider. On several of the phone calls I requested that they email me the relevant details for my review as I have little time to speak with phone agents in regards matters like this. In addition, I have written to them through there noted and contactable email address requesting that they stop the influx of inbound calls and deal with this matter exclusivley through email. A week has passed since that event and still no reply other than the standard auto reply. The crazy part of the auto reply is that it states that they 'pride themselves in customer service and maintain a 24 hour turn around time' Well in the event that they have no time readers on there side, allow me to express that it has been approx 192 hours since the receipt of that commuincation, and still no reply from them. However the onslaught of inbound calls still remains! The good thing about Android is that the phone now recognises the in bound number and sends it straight to VM. So they are now wasting there 'valuable resource' to get a VM message, next step is to personalise that message soley for NuDebt! It is simple Nu Debt, send me via email what I have requested and I will do my utmost to respomd to you with in 24 hours, failing which you should send the information again. Do not worry though, as I will not be calling you every 2 hours to ask why you have not sent what I have simply requested.</p>
