NON Compliant with NCR/NCA

I want to highlight the following debt collection company, as a company that does not follow the rules and regulations of NCR and NCA. Last year this company called me and asked me to confirm my ID number over the phone which I declined, I don't give out my ID number to just anyone who calls me. So cause I refused to give out mt ID number the agent hang up on me it happened twice last year and early this year. AT the beginning of October I got an alert from ITC that there is a new listing on my name, THey told me a company named Nudebt management and they told me is regarding a medical aid bill, which was a short fall my medical aid never paid Olivedale hospital also failed to contact me, I tried contacting this company and the hospital for two weeks without fail got no call back or assistance I logged a dispute with ITC, on monday Nudebt management agent calls me with attitude rude as always, she give me excuses that they sent me emails which I never got sms, which I also never got for a bill that was for 2 years ago, I asked for a detailed statement and still today I have nothing from this company and them listing me incorrectly on ITC without contacting me or making any sort of arrangement with me.
