Nobody knows what they are doing

<p>For 3 months I have been in weekly communiciation with NuDebt because of marketing emails I receive stating that I qualify for a 70% diso**** on my debt with African Bank. When I reply to this email they say that I only qualify for 35%. On 21 April I wanted to settle this account and could immediately if I just had some cooperation or someone that can understand me there. When I ask why I cannot get the 70% diso**** they mentioned nobody can answer me.</p>
