no response

This company calls you and speaks all nice, you agree and still tell the consultant to please forward you and email stipulating everything she has just said and she agrees. To date no email was received and my account was debt for much more than agreed.I tried calling this company to sort out a debit order amount that I have not agreed to pay. Its always some one will call you back and no one does. It is unacceptable that theses people cant assist or even call you back. I would like and urgent response. I cant keep calling and being sent from one department to another.
