NO RESPECT FOR POPIA

Absolutely disgraceful company with zero regard for the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). I have been fighting with them for almost a YEAR now, repeatedly telling them that they have incorrectly listed my contact number and email on their system for someone else. Despite multiple phone calls, written communication, and even providing my date of birth to prove I am not the individual they’re looking for, they continue to send me highly confidential information about someone else’s property debt.

This is a blatant and ongoing violation of POPIA. I have asked—twice in the last week alone—for them to remove my details, and yet I’m STILL receiving daily SMS messages meant for someone else. This company is careless, negligent, and clearly does not take data privacy seriously.

I will be reporting them to the Information Regulator for breach of POPIA. Enough is enough.
