No help, no response, no service

I had an overdue account with Telkom that was handed over to NuDebt. I have been paying this account consistently every month in accordance with a payment plan I agreed to with them. During this time I laid a dispute with Telkom as the amount they claimed I owe was incorrect. They corrected this balance and credited my account. After numerous emails and calls with NuDebt they refuse to acknowledge this and do not update the amount on their system. Every month Telkom sends me an updated statement with what I still have outstanding. I have sent this to NuDebt many times via email in which I was dealing with a Team Leader named Elaine Jack. The amount Telkom says I still owe on the account is only R1206. I received a call from NuDebt saying I owe R4400.00 and then I receive sms's from them saying a owe R6646.00. What are these people doing on their side? There are 3 different amounts! When I disputed the amount with the constant from NuDebt telephonically she become angry to the point of completely dismissing my claim ( Even though I have hard evidence in the form of a statement form Telkom via email) and demanding I pay back an amount that is far higher than what I owe!

I have sent through the statement from Telkom to Elaine Jack on 5 different occasions this month and get completely ignored. I have tried calling her on her direct line and it either rings and rings, goes to voicemail or cuts.

I get the feeling they are either lazy and dont want to deal with this OR they are deliberately trying to get more money out if me.

What do I need to do to get this sorted out? I am most certainly not paying more than I owe! The difference being more than R3000.

To top it all off I get sms's saying "FINAL NOTICE" or "IMMINENT SUMMONS" even though I have paid every month without fail! This sms also has a different amount to what the NuDebt consultant told me and my Telkom statement.

I honestly feel helpless here as I have called no less than 20 times and sent 20 emails to every email address I can find to no avail!

I would like to take this further as it feels like I am deliberately being messed around with this!
