No assistance in resolving an alleged debt - only threatening emails

<p>Nudebt Management are insisting that I settle an amount allegedly owed to a medical service provider.</p> <p>I have had a previous dispute with the same service provider which I have settled in my favour. I have asked Nudebt Management to assist in resolving the matter by providing detailed invoices pertaining to the claim. This has now been dragging on for months and the following has taken place:</p> <p>1. I have on only a single occassion managed to speak to someone at Nudebt Management.</p> <p>2. The person was either completely *********** or prohibited to engage on the details.</p> <p>3. I have tried to contact them telephonically at least 10 times without ever managing to speak to someone.</p> <p>4. I have rep**** to every single email received from Nudebt Management without a single response.</p> <p>5. I keep receiving further emails and gradually the level of threatening action against me is increasing but no attempt to contact the company to discuss the matter was successful.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to challenge Newdebt Management to contact me to resolve the matter. I will also not hesitate to lauch legal action of my own against Nudebt Management if they proceed with any action which will have a negative impact on my credit rating without giving me the opportunity to verify the legitimacy of the claim.</p>
