no accountability taken

On the 3rd may 2020 i made payment of 5220 to nudebt ref nd nd***6 .Elaine and ntsikielelo advised me that they have sent my payment and file to cell. to this very day it has not been recieved. i am on the line now with someone from nudebt and was told that payments only get sent on a monthly basis.so the supervisors have been lying to me.
