Never settle debt through Nudebt - Worst Service ever

I regret trusting them even after going through their massive list of horrible reviews on Hello Peter, They've been trying to collect for Absa for quiet sometime, until I gave in on they are so called discount of R3000 on a debt of R56000. Paid It off through them, sent to them the proof of payment and they confirmed that they have seen the payment. I was told I will get my Paid Up Letter in 48hrs but to date It has been a full three weeks of constant calls from me to them, trying to get the letter and everytime I call, Innocentia and her Team Mates from Nudebt they always give me the same empty promises "we will call you back in 10min.5min and so on'. I regret trusting them with a lump sum like that.
