Never replies

This company sends SMS and emails but never responds when I reply. I refuse to call the call center again as the only thing that ever happens is I get transferred to another department, then another then another etc. I have given up and i reply to their sms and emails. I get delivery reports on the sms, but they still don't read my replies. The email address on their emailer (both info & queries) do not work, and they never call me either.<br> <br> I sincerely believe this ocmpany to be a **** purely because of the lack of ways to contact them.
