Never get any response from them

<p>After an email was sent to us that we had been handed over to Nu debt by telkom we have tried to get hold of them with no luck .I emailed their email adress ********** and got no response , i emailed the director Brian Blignaut and got a response that i will get a response within 8 hours and that never happened, i have tried to call them several times and still no response, i dont understand how such a big company like Telkom could entrust their debt collection with this company. </p>
