Mtn paid out letter

I finished paying up my two years MTN contract in February 2025 ever since I have been waiting for the paid out letter when I call they busy telling me they have send the letter while I haven't received nothing as yet the sales consultant keep on giving the ***, *** they don't even pick up the phone ,What should I do to get the letter because MTN says I still owe them while I have paid it
