MTN Nudebt account

I'm writing this to lay a complaint about my MTN Mondo account that was opened in 2019 & was handed over to Nudebt. I called Nudebt on the 30th July and I was told that the account has been closed they said I should contact MTN, which I did. When I contact MTN they told me the same thing and advised me to contact Nudebt and request proof that the account has been closed. I called Nudebt on the 7th & 8th and their their response was that, there is nothing they can do about the issue.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I've been passed back and forth between the two companies without any clear resolution. I would like to request that you investigate this matter and for MTN & Nudebt to provide a clear solution for closing my account and resolving any outstanding payments. I've spoken to several consultants, including Nontobeko & Tsholofelo from Nudebt, but the issue remains unresolved.
