MTN account not updated

I've been trying to get hold of Nudebt consultant to update my profile since payment have been paid on behalf of MTN . Now it says I'm in arrears and about to be black listed for it for my account

This is insane cause arrangements and payments were made and MTN is also not assisting in any how
